The Quadrilium Ventures team is made of experienced investors and blockchain natives who together have the background, proven track record and vision to succeed in preserving their decade-long successful track-record as investors, technical edge and industry network to keep on building the future.
Frédéric was previously the principal investment adviser for SpinCrypto Capital from 2019, a cryptocurrency hedge fund which delivered excellent ROI. He has been investing in seed rounds of Web3 start-ups since the end of 2020. He is also the author of the acclaimed book The Crypto MBA (2018). Frédéric is also the owner of medias cointribune.com and fr.cointelegraph.com as well as a frequent contributor to Forbes France providing insights about the 4th industrial revolution.
Pierre was previously investment director for a European small/mid-cap private equity firm for 8 years. He was actively involved in all aspects of the investment process – deal sourcing, investment structuring, portfolio monitoring – and also assumed some fundraising responsibilities. Prior to that, he worked as a finance and enterprise performance consultant at Accenture for 2 years. Pierre is a graduate of Imperial College London and Essec Business School.
Stefan spent 12 years in the City of London in the field of equity derivatives and cross-asset structured products working for three global investment banks, leading a team covering Swiss clients. He later on decided to focus on the dual fields of healthcare and finance by joining the longevity and blockchain revolutions through various entrepreneurial endeavours. Stefan is a graduate of l’Ecole Ste Genevieve and ESCP Business School.
Sarah is a true technology enthusiast who has developed proven expertise in blockchain, digital assets and Web3 since 2017. Before joining Quadrilium, she managed the development of medias cointribune.com and fr.cointelegraph.com. She previously worked on the creation and management of several cutting-edge concepts and services in a variety of industries, including entertainment, IoT (La Poste), specialist retail (Leroy Merlin), and organic consumables.
Florian is a seasoned attorney advising several tier-1 companies and foundations in the Web3 and blockchain space. Previously, he was co-founder of a boutique law firm specialised in technology and innovation law and worked for middle-size Swiss renowned corporate law firms. Florian obtained his law degree from universities in Lausanne, Switzerland and Berlin, Germany and his postgraduate degree from McGill University, Montreal.

Quadrilium Ventures assembled a group of high-calibre free thinkers to support its investment processes and vision execution. They provide the firm with guidance and insights through their relevant experience in alternative investments, Web3 and the venture capital industry. We believe these strategic advisors will make the fund smarter as investor, operator and advisor to its portfolio companies.
Tatjana is a specialist in business development and strategic management. Active for the past 20 years within the Geneva multilateral ecosystem, she has acquired extensive experience in developing and leading innovative public partnerships which involve the private sector, academics and governments. Tatjana’s deep knowledge of global challenges, broad network and participation in multiple think tanks have led her to become increasingly involved in the field of impact investment, advising fund managers and start-up teams. As a private investor, she is passionate about new technology, finance and healthcare.
With over 20 years of experience across Asia, Europe and North America, Stephane is a serial entrepreneur and investor with expertise in fintech, gaming, mobile ad-tech, AI and blockchain. From conception to exit, he has built and led operations for several ventures, including Connect-City (acquired by Insert in 1997), billtomobile (acquired by Danal – now Boku Inc – in 2007), Ruby Coin (acquired by Paypal in 2010), and SEA Gaming (acquired by Wargaming in 2011). Stephane sits on the advisory board of several companies and serves as an expert in residence for SOSV – one of the largest startup accelerators globally.
In the world of crypto since 2016 and an early investor in blue-chip NFTs since 2017, Jonathan has invested in more than 50 Web3 projects while at the same time successfully launching phantasma.io and aleph.im. A pioneer in Web3 marketing solutions and community building, he has actively advised dozens of blockchain projects. In 2020, Jonathan founded Slime, a Web3 agency focused on guerrilla marketing. Currently, he serves as the Head of Ecosystem at Massa Labs, a promising layer 1 blockchain.
